MOLITVA NA KRIŽU

Bio sam s tobom kad si se rodio,
kada si nesigurnim koracima hodao,
kada si prvi put širio ruke,
kad si se smijao il plako od muke.

Bio sam s tobom kad si odrastao,
kada si birao života pute,
kad su ti radost drugi ukrali
Ja sam podmetnuo svoje skute.

Uz tebe sam bio kad su te hvalili
ali sam slušao i kad te kude,
svoje sam vrijeme tebi podredio,
tvojim sam rukama grlio ljude.

Pa što sam ti ipak, na kraju, skrivio
da iz tvog grla osudu slušam,
da tvoje čavle u mesu osjećam,
i tvoju žuč na križu da kušam?

Samo sam htio da budeš sretan,
da do punine možeš odrasti,
da ti pokažem put do vječnosti.
A odgovor tvoj je:“Raspni ga, raspni!“

A Ja širim ruke na tvrdom drvu
i hropćući šapćem Bogu u tišini;
bez mržnje, kletve, – tek molitvu žarku:
„Oprosti čovjeku, – ne zna što čini!“
